Please note: Reservations are not CONFIRMED until you hear from the Eyemobile BOD. To book a reservation click on the date that you wish to set up an event and simply fill out the reservation form. Your event will automatically appear in the calendar however it is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the Eyemobile Board of Directors. Please note: We reserve the right to reject any reservation that is made more than one year in advance!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure that if you are reserving for the following year that you use the arrow on the right of the year to change the year otherwise your event will *not* show up in the correct year.

IMPORTANT Notes PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
1. If you book a date that is already booked it will be canceled and removed from the calendar
2. If you are not a member of a Lions Club you MUST find a club to sponsor your event. This may be done by going to the District website and contacting the Club Secretary.
